Apparently there is a bug that if u use one man army with hardline u can have 2 times 1 killstreak award. Eg hardline will get u AC130 at 10 kills. Once u get it, change class with one man army to a class without hardline and 1 more kill (11 kills) will get u another AC130. Dunno if its tru I will have to try it with UAV.
