Hmm.. It could happen but lag would be more than an inherent issue. Even some interclan stuff and lag with 3 bars can get a bit annoying as most people in the world have a dominant competitive side.
I however don't really mind playing with 1 bar. So if nobody signs up, i will take on DiE by myself if i have to. Don't underestimate the lag and delay sometimes.

It will probably be the 3(or 4) main competative gamemodes. Ctf, SnD, Tdm and domination. Im not sure which ones though.
