Doesn't really matter who's in what team, this one isn't exactly serious with only 5 teams involved but we will need to decide who is in what team soon so that we have time to organise for the first game.

We could either do drawing out of a hat
Crap team, good team
EST time, and W/CST team
Mixed with friends and players who are proven to work well together
