Are Zombies worth paying extra for?

The good news: The popular co-op zombie-blasting mode from Call of Duty: World at War will return for Black Ops.

The bad news: It will be restricted to the 'Hardened' and 'Prestige' editions of the game.

Activision has yet to reveal whether the zombie mode will be available for the regular edition via some manner of paid download, or if poorer CoD fans will be flat-out denied the simple pleasure of ventilating the socialist undead.

The news was inadvertently broken at the website of the US retail chain Best Buy, which listed the co-op zombie mode as an exclusive feature of the Hardened Edition ahead of an official announcement from Activision. The offending page has subsequently been amended to mention '4 extra playable co-op maps not in the standard edition', but that particular fact-cat is now out of the bag.

I never had WAW but from the hype I've seen I expect the zombie maps to be pretty special.

yeah i loved them so i wouldnt mind paying for them becuase they r worth it and extends the online even more

Are we all forgetting that the standard edition is the same price as the hardened edition??? So its no extra cost (if u preorder)

and ebgames are offering 65% extra trade in value
