I meant they dont factor in the changing exchange rate. They lock it to a certain amount regardless of fluctuation. Im not sure what that number is but i would guess around 0.8 maybe higher. Hence why we are charged between $90-$120 for a new game whilst they get charged ~$60 whilst in Europe they get charged ~EU40. These prices dont change, the only reason there are different prices for different games (not taking into account sales etc) is because Publishers can be greedy and they determine the prices

One reason games would be extra is shipping, but why would things sent via internet be more for different regions :/ kinda gay
