-Scavenger - Pickup ammo from fallen enemies. Replenish lethal grenades.
-Ghost - Undetectable by the Spy Plane & Blackbird.
-Flak Jacket - Reduces explosive damage.
-Hardline - Killstreak requires 1 less kill.

Tier Two:
-Hardened - Bullets penetrate better.
-Scout - Hold breath longer.
-Steady Aim - Increased Hip-Fire accuracy.
-Sleight of Hand - Faster reloads.
-Warlord - Equip two attachments to your primary weapon.

Tier Three:
-Marathon - Longer Sprint.
-Ninja - Silent Movement.
-Second Chance - Pull out your pistol before dying.
-Hacker - Ability to detect enemy equipment and explosives.
-Tactical Mask - Reduces the effect of flash and concussion grenades.

There are NO deathstreaks.

Create-A-Class 2.0
-Will allow players to customize their appearance in addition to their loadout. Players may see what their character looks like while choosing a class, as the player's basic appearance will be determined by their Tier 1 Perk. Players will also be able to choose a Facepaint pattern.
-Some sights such as the Red Dot Sight can use custom reticules which includes choice of shape and color.
-Gun camouflages will be featured in Black Ops and will be far more numerous than in previous Call of Duty games.
-Players' clan tags are engraved onto their guns.

First a note, killstreaks don't stack. You personally have to kill the indicated number of people with your guns and equipment. Any kills you get from killstreaks do NOT go towards the ones after it.

yeah i saw that as well, pretty stoked about dogs although I dont agree on stopping power. LOVE IT. Sniping without stopping power is like a fat person eating healthy, its pointless, they need to run !

No... stopping power was put in CoD4 and W@W to negate the effects of juggernaut (stopping power vs juggernaut = no stopping power vs no juggernaut), and since juggernaut isn't in Black Ops, stopping power isn't needed. Why it was even in MW2 is beyond me. Making your weapons stronger when your enemies have no defense against it is pretty gay.

Which is gay. If you use skill, you would just shoot them in the head and not rely on a damage booster to help you get the kill.

Nope. Because in Black Ops, it is now physically impossible to "quick scope". They've turned sniper rifles into sniper rifles, and not the stupid tools of people trying to show off.

ohk, I don't see how they can 'turn off' quickscoping. Quickscoping is when you look through the scope you shoot as quickly as possible at your target thus making it quicker then lining him up and holding your breath.

By making the act of scoping take longer, and by making just everything require more hits to kill than any CoD game to date. They're trying to make the game require skill with the guns rather than ability to get fast, cheap kills and use killstreaks.

I like the idea of money used to buy upgrades in this game should make it more interesting.

Quickscoping is staying.

Who says Sleight of Hand Pro is going to make ADS quicker? Just because the same perk is there, doesn't mean the Pro version will be the same. I'm just repeating to you guys what I've been told. And I've been told that it's near impossible to quick scope due to new variables when using a sniper rifle.

I really am looking foward to this game. It seems like now the flukey arsehole can't rely on their major flukes and the noob tuber can't do that much anymore. Also the Launchers might be underpowered thank god so we don't have to worry about getting decapitated by a goddamn RPG.

I like to use a lot of Stealth and Tactics when I am playing OBJ Modes (TDM is not really much too it except run and gun) so I am looking forward to some Ghost-Like activity of being "non-existent" except when directly spotted

It also seems like if you start shooting someone first, your going to get the kill and not have them turn around and 1 hit you :l

There is a weapon called "Commando"

Perks:
The Ghost Perk: "Undetected by the spy plane and the Blackbird"
Flak Jacket: "Reduces Explosive Damage"

Equipment:
Camera: "Camera view replaces the mini map, toggle on and off with the D-Pad"
Jammer: "Place to scramble enemy radar with in its radius"
Motion Sensor: "Place mobile Radar to see enemies within its radius"

There are features called contracts that you must buy to then do and complete and gain more cash (Eg 5 SMG Kills) and they can pay XP, Currency or both. They are time limited for you to complete.

You can put your clan tag on your gun, change your red dot, players face masks, some perks are specific to certain character models. There is also offline combat training (Like in KZ2).

Obviously i left out the ones we already know (lightweight, scavenger etc) as i got these from the latest multiplayer video:

thats the same thing but its in tier 2 so if you want SOH pro you have to choose cus they are both in the same tier.

it is not the same at stopping power, there is absolutely no perk that affects damage per bullet. Hardened is FMJ
