Photoshop Skills

yer photoshop and editing in general is really hard at first an takes a while to get the hold of but just practice and maybe do sum tutorials and shit from youtube or sites and that should help ya out

I find double clicking the selected picture, turns it back to it's original quality. Could be wrong though.
Have you tried doing that?

Ive only ever look up two tutorials. One was to make bubbles, and the other was the metal text effect that monty posted that he wanted me to do

I was wondering what to do with the rest of this and to see what you guys think of them, which is better. because more is going in the but i dnt know what. What else should I do apart from put DeA+ in there ?

I have no idea how to do the 'light' effect sort of thing that I see in your (AuE*)'s sigs

Just overlay a bunch of images and fuck around with the blending options

(Darken, Lighten, Add, Scree, Multiply etc)

Thought this would be the best thread to put this.

But, My photoshop is now broken...Lol.

Every colour I do is always grey or black. (Say if I want the colour red, when I click red it either goes dark or light grey.)
Next to the layers tab it says 'Channels', but instead of it saying "Red, Green, Blue" (RGB) it says "Gray" and I don't know what I did and how I can change it back...

Help?


EDIT: Ok, Never mind, I fixed it...Feel like an idiot now...

Glad you fixed it, may guess was just the colour channels you set the project to (RGB, CYMK etc)

Yea, I accidently changed the colour mode to Grayscale. (When you open up a new page)
I knew I changed something, but didn't know what...Haha
