Just had my first game on Storm SnD. I dont think i will like it much. Campers paradise

while trying to add funds to my account this afternoon i got error to many times which resulted in me being locked out of adding funds. it said ring technical help so i did and as soon as it connected it had message saying we are flooded due to the release of mw2 map pack if you have any issues regarding this adding funds etc, please try ringing back later.

well it said 145 minutes at 1% then jumped to 75 minutes at 2%

After walking around the maps myself, Demolition on Bailout looks like it would be good. Cant wait to try out the classic maps too. Unfortunately Mrs Macca has claimed the TV tonight (Glee) so i wont be on

i was playing some of the maps on the original modern warfare at a mates place tonight. they seem like just camping maps.

Salvage is my favourite so far, had a good game of demolition on it. Playing crash and overgrown again has been fun too, such good maps, and they have definately improved the graphics on them a bit because I don't remember them looking so good.

Is it worth buying the new map pack?

I would say yes but many will disagree. I've put 177 hours into mw2 so I've more than got my $80 worth so I really don't see another $22 as much of an issue if it will give me more to do and keep people playing the game longer.

I dunno exactly how they improved the graphics on crash and overgrown, I haven't played the originals since before mw2 came out, I'm sure if you put the 2 beside each other though there would be a fairly big difference. Harder to notice on that bs youtube video, you really need to see it on a decent tv.

we just went over out net usage yesterday and its super super slow so i probs wont be getting new map pack until it renews which is like the 15th or something. its like the worst possible timing

ok guys i'm playing it. crash is pretty good graphics wise, imo.

Have been getting raped most games by campers, but everyone is just playing like assholes at the moment trying to get xp so its understandable. Just played sabotage on salvage, planted the bomb within like the first 2 mins and defended it until it went off and went 8-3 so that was more fun.

yeah dont mind the maps the only thing getting to me apart from my internet dropping out in the middle of a game (like it did twice while playuing with you rage) is the fact you cant pick a game mode and after almost 3 hrs i still have'nt played bailout but have played salvage to many times but like rage said worth 22 bucks many hrs of fun to have

yeah capture the flag was good on the one rage, logic and I did. i can't remember which it was >.< just everyone camps in these maps, really annoying. and people start fights because of it.

One of the best things about cod4 was domination on crash - so look out for that

Had 4 games of sabotage last night on new maps, logic was with me the whole time and other members from time to time. Won every sabotage game and I planted the bomb each time, they were all really quick games too, that was the most fun I had. Didn't get to play enough SnD though it seemed to favour ctf last night.
